Our room was incredibly comfortable and had an exceptional view, greatly enjoyed it.

Liked this special stay on this last visit. The hotel was an excellent base for enjoying a very very nice area, close enough to bars and restaurants, and dining options and retail options. Thanks to the especially helpful staff everything was really good. The location of the venue was the best - just a pleasant stroll away from Hulihe'e Palace.

The hotel was in a spectacular location very close to Walking distance to the shops as well as dining options and retail options. We got absolutely fabulous and updated room with air conditioning, windows on 2 walls, seaview.

The staff there were compassionate and courteous.

Too bad that we didn't have time, but we would return there.

The rooms were fantastic and clean with a storage and closet space. The staff, everyone, was helpful and friendly. The location was marvellous: the Farmer's market and a market were within walking distance.

The hotel's location is perfect, being within walking distance of the village of Kailua and conveniently close to shops and amenities. We loved being on the third level with rooms that offered stunning sea views. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service, ensuring our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Additionally, the basic amenities in the hotel were satisfactory, and the breakfast provided was a great way to start the day.

Clean and orderly. Quiet at night. Very close to the town of Kailua, walking distance to pretty much everything. There was a woman and her friend that are like the Visitor's center down at the poolside, she knows everything about what is going on.....great rescource.

All was perfect.

The room we stayed in was fully stocked with everything needed for our stay. The only complaint was that the room was in a noisy location and the sofa bed needed new springs as it is overworn. Other than that, everything was fine.

Loved the location of the apartments as Kona town was so easy to walk to for the Ironman and restaurants etc. Our apartment was lovely and clean and had everything we wanted including a proper electric kettle to make our tea...well we are british :). Stunning views from the balcony. Loved sitting there eating breakfast watching the waves crash on the rocks

As we were in block f there was traffic noise and noise from other residents in the carpark in the night.....however we kept ourselves so busy during the day that we were too tired to be kept awake for long. Cost is a downside ......but that was due to Ironman fortnight!!

The location facing the ocean was wonderful, and I enjoyed sunning on the lawn by the sea. The short walk to village restaurants and shops was always pleasant. Covered parking was conveniently located near the units.

The apartment was quite spacious and well appointed. The location was great and the pricing was very competetive
